Our Story
In the heart of Nihonbashi, we created 鮨処ほしの | SUSHI HOSHINO as a place where people can relax over sushi, seasonal dishes, and a good drink.
We believe sushi does not always have to feel formal or intimidating.
At our small counter, we hope guests can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Each piece of sushi is carefully prepared using seasonal seafood from Toyosu Market, alongside dishes designed to pair naturally with sake and Japanese spirits.
